Maximum Flavor Porterhouse + Sweet Onion and Portobello Ragu

Ingredients :
1 48oz Porterhouse Steak
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup portobello mushroom, sliced
1 cup sweet onion, sliced
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Rosemary sprigs

Directions:
Leave the porterhouse steak at room temperature for 20 minutes. Season generously with brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Preheat a skillet to medium high and add the canola oil. Place seasoned steak in hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and add mushrooms, onions, butter, and rosemary. Cook for a few more minutes. Top the steak with mushroom and onion ragu.
