Louisa Chirico dishes out one of her favorite health conscious wraps for the road and at home.

 

INGREDIENTS:

1lb Turkey /chicken or ground meat
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion diced
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 can water chestnuts
2 green onions
romain or butter lettuce

DIRECTIONS: 

Heat olive oil in skillet med/high 3-5 min

Stir in veggies + sauces 1-2 min

Stir in chestnuts + green onions w/ splash of salt + pepper (2 min)
