Walkerswood Jerk Salmon


8 ounces steak salmon

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon of walkerswood jerk seasoning

1 oz vegetable oil

Wash your salmon and then sprinkle with all ingredients and put to marinate for 20 minutes in your refrigerator. put your metal Skillet on the stove to get hot pour vegetable oil .when your Skillet is hot place your Salmon inside allowed to cook on each side on low flame for about 3 minutes on each side then remove and set aside..


Mango /avocado salsa

2 oz dice bell red pepper

2 oz diced bell green pepper

2 oz dice yellow pepper

2 oz Red Onion diced

2 oz diced avocado

2 oz dice right mango

Pinch salt and pepper

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp dice cilantro

Combine all ingredients together and mix together lightly when you’re done set aside..


Red stripe jerk sauce

1 oz dice bell red pepper

1 oz diced bell green pepper

1 oz dice yellow pepper

1  oz Red Onion diced

Pinch salt and pepper

1 ounce Red stripe beer

2 oz walkerswood jerk BBQ

2 oz water

1 oz olive oil

In your metal skillet put on the stove to get hot then pour your olive oil inside the skillet, when it is hot put all fresh ingredients to sautee for about 2 minutes then at this point you will put Red stripe beer and jerk BBQ and also water and your dry ingredients. Let it simmer for about one minute and then put your pre done salmon inside and let it cook for another 2 minutes on low flame. enjoy with Jasmine rice and your mango avocado salsa.
